The Landing House by Industry of All Nations is a meticulously crafted architectural revelation, set within its own boulder mountain, offering sweeping views of Joshua Tree National Park. Featured in Vogue and The New York Times, this IOAN-designed retreat dissolves the boundary between a luxury atelier and the raw Mojave. A five-acre private “landing park” unfolds with a plunge pool, monolithic boulders, Joshua trees, and untamed desert life, open to wander.

Conceived as a warm mix of natural materials and stark modernity, the home leans into the desert mythos of retreat and revelation. From the cedar-clad walls to the custom white oak furniture and sculptural landing pad amongst the boulders, every inch of the property is an intentional dialogue with the untouched native landscape.

You will have the entire house to yourself.

While we are off a paved road, many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.
