SUNSET

Sunset Heights by Homestead Modern is an elevated desert escape perched on the literal edge of the Joshua Tree wilderness. This secluded sanctuary offers a front-row seat to the High Desert’s most dramatic spectacles, featuring a modern in-ground pool, a year-round heated spa, and a sprawling wraparound deck designed for soaking in panoramic sunsets just one mile from the National Park entrance.

***ALERT The pool cover is not working properly and will be left open. The pool/spa can still be used.

Perched as a sophisticated observatory over five acres of untouched wilderness, Sunset Heights offers a rare "edge-of-the-world" feel. The architecture prioritizes the view, with expansive glass walls and a sprawling wraparound deck that blurs the line between the refined interior and the rugged desert soul. It is a sanctuary designed for those who wish to hike directly from their back door into the vast silence of the High Desert.
