◎ To make your desert stay even cooler for the summer, Homestead Modern has teamed up with The Joshua Tree Retreat Center to grant you exclusive access to their pool facilities during the months of May - August. The pool is located on the historic Joshua Tree Retreat Center Campus, 6.8 miles from Monument House. Access hours are 8AM to 9PM and guests in your reservation will receive complementary access to the pool facility. It’s the ultimate way to beat the Mojave heat and soak in those iconic Joshua Tree views and the Retreat Center has an organic cafe nearby as well.

This is a remote location down dirt roads, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.

◎ EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.

◎ DOGS: Dogs are welcome and there is a fee of $100 per dog. Maximum of 2 Dogs allowed. No other types of animals are authorized.

◎ CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.

◎ CAMERA: One ring camera pointed towards the driveway so we can audit who is coming and going from the property.
